As a parent, I know it’s difficult to meet professionals when you’re working 9 to 5. I am happy to meet with you at times that work for you.

Flat Fees

I charge a flat fee for my services after an initial consultation. For additional work beyond the agreed-upon scope of work, I bill at an hourly rate plus taxes and disbursements.

Holistic Planning and Education

Whether you come to Yip Estate Law for just a will, power of attorney, or representation agreement, I will educate you and provide recommendations that consider your current and future life circumstances.

About Jennifer

I suppose I’ve always been interested in people’s stories and their legacies. As a child, you’d often find me reading historical fiction. Later, I studied History and Asian Studies at the University of British Columbia. I wanted to learn about my heritage and how my family came to Canada. I also worked as a researcher in Chinese Canadian History.

For a little while, I worked in financial services. My favourite part about this industry was educating clients about what their money could do for them.
